When we opened the door for the first time in mid-August in 1999, we knew the odds of success were slim and the rate of failure was high.

Yet, with a fresh made from scratch dough, a homemade zesty sauce and over 50 premium pizza ingredients from Italian Sausages, Sun-dried tomato, Pine-Nuts to roasted red peppers, calamari and kalamata olives, we knew we could rise to the challenge.

The Key ingredient in our success was focusing our creative efforts in being more than just a good neighborhood pizza joint. We offer nearly 50, that's right 50!,exquisite pasta entrees made from Italian imported noodles and sauces made from scratch daily. Along with 1/2 lb. 100% pure premium burgers, fresh salads , subs, paninis, and our signature sandwiches, we offer an extensive selection to suite all tastes.

Profitability is the fundamental goal for any small business. However ,our motivation day in and day out runs deeper. We are also driven by a sincere desire to provide first rate product on a consistent basis to first rate customers.

Things have changed, but our guiding principle remains the same: to provide generous portions of fine-dining and quality cuisine at reasonable prices.
